Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an excellent experience with DFM for my property evaluation. It was incredibly easy to contact them and schedule the inspection, and everything moved smoothly from start to finish. Stephanie was efficient, professional, and thorough during her visit, and the report was provided promptly afterward. The whole process was stress‑free and very well handled. I would highly recommend DFM to anyone needing a property valuation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Would highly recommend DFM based on our experience dealing with Stephanie, Eugene and Valerie when purchasing our new home. DFM were the agent for the seller of the house we were purchasing. We were mainly in contact with Stephanie and found her to be excellent to deal with - responsive, proactive and great communication throughout.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. DFM acted for us in both the purchase of our new house and sale of our previous home in a “chain” transaction.
Eugene and Stephanie are an excellent team and complement each other very well.
Responsive, reliable and excellent knowledge of the D15 area. We relied on them for advice as much as service and are delighted with the outcome. Very decent people who are tuned in to the personal side of what is one the biggest decisions you will make. Highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have used DFM recently on the sale of an Apartment in Castleknock.

They inspected and photographed the Unit and advertised it within a week of being appointed.

They then sold the apartment very close to our asking price within 3 weeks and we were very happy with their professionalism.

They were also helpful with Documents.

I would have no hesitancy in using them again.
