Eugene is head of the family firm and is one of the most respected and experienced auctioneers in Dublin. Eugene set up the company with his wife Valerie as Davy Auctioneers and together with their team run a triving Auctioneering and estate agency pracitice in Castleknock Dublin 15.

Later when they accquired the practice of Freeman Mitten in Kimmage they changed the name to Davy Freeman Mitten DFM. Laterly they have been joined by their daughter Stephanie who is adding youth and vitality to the team.

Eugene has been specialising in Sales, Letting and Valuation for in excess of 25 years. He advises clients on both residential and commercial property. Currently trading from their offices in Castleknock Village Dublin 15 , DFM Davy Freeman Mitten are one of the top firms in North West Dublin.

Eugene was a founder member and Past President of the Chamber of Commerce in north Dublin and he served on the Boards of North Dublin Chamber Of Commerce, IMAF and Property Partners.

His opinion is well respected and much sought after in Valuation, Financial and property circles and he was pivotal in the planning / development of a lot of the newer land developments in and around the M50 at the M5 exit .
